Emerging Leaders Program
Strategon’s Emerging Leaders Program is run in conjunction with
Archer College and is a year of professional development aimed at those
in all areas of business and the community. The unique structure of the
program is designed to accelerate participant's development and fast
track their career by providing maximum support through our network of
mentors, learning consultants and instructors in conjunction with a
series of master-classes and workshops covering the many aspects of
leadership.
For employers, enrolling employees in the program provides accelerated
development, improved performance and improved business processes
resulting from projects that tackle real work issues while showing
support for employee's career development. Participation in the program
also fosters better teamwork and morale as teams support the participant
with required tasks while building sound business practices to achieve
greater growth and profits. The program tailors training to suit
business activities resulting in minimal disruption to core business.
For participants, the program provides a unique opportunity to develop
new skills in their existing position whilst giving them the opportunity
to develop further through working across the organisation on varied
projects. They will have the opportunity to network across the business
world. The program’s focus on mentoring gives participants personalised
support in life and work balance.
After successfully completing all of the components of the program,
participants will receive the Certificate IV in Business (Frontline
Management).
