- Retention of talent. This involves the development of career
/ succession strategies aimed at recruiting, retaining and developing
staff with the capabilities to fulfil current and future roles.
- Performance Development. We specialise in senior management
reviews. Reviews involve development of performance measures (at
both an individual as well as business unit level), extensive performance
coaching and creation of development plans. We utilise the software
system Insight360 to capture 360 degree feedback on performance

- Training. – marketing / sales, time management, conflict resolution,
service management, team development. Our approach to delivery is
flexible, recognising that training delivery needs to be structured around
the busy schedules of staff.
- Leadership development. We deliver the national leadership
programs for a number of major companies including The Hardy Wine Company,
involving senior managers from across Australia in an intensive residential
program. We deliver the Young Business Leaders (YBL) Program on
an annual basis (presently being promoted on Channel 10). The YBL
program involves such major corporations as: Mitsubishi, EDS, Hilton,
IBM, Commonwealth Bank, National Bank, Adelaide Bank, SA Water, Adelaide
City, City of Charles Sturt, The Advertiser, and RAA.
- On-line technologies. We utilise on-line technologies to manage & and deliver learning content on-line, for 360 degree assessments, staff and customer satisfaction surveys, competency assessment and tracking, and coaching.
